Minimum order is: $1,000 excluding shipping & custom expenses or any other fees.
Quotations are sent in Jordanian dinars, including all expenses, within 48 hours from the date of receiving the request, except on Saturdays and Sundays.
50% of the order value (including shipping and customs fees) is paid upon signing the contract, and 50% upon receiving the goods from the company's warehouses.
The process of completing the arrival of the goods takes place within a period of (45-60) days from the date of signing the contract, except for the occurrence of emergency conditions such as closures, natural disasters and epidemics.
In case that the company failed to deliver the goods within a period of (60) days from signing the contract, the full deposit shall be returned to the customer with a compensation of 25% of the value of the deposit as well.
The customer must pick his goods from the company’s warehouses within 3 days from the date of their arrival at the company’s warehouses, otherwise an amount of (10) dinars shall be paid for each day of delay till (10) working days, after that the customer will lost his 50% down payment & his right on the goods .
